Shipping Info

Please allow for 1-4 days for your order to ship.

Once shipped through UPS or USPS, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS. You can also find this information in your account if you have created one.

Refunds/Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept any returns, size changes (Once the order has been shipped), or issue refunds.

Pre Order Items

No refunds/returns will be granted once production begins.

For pre-order products, you may request to cancel or modify your order before the site closes which is when production begins on the orders. For progress on pre-orders please visit here.

Pre Orders take about 4-6 weeks after site close for production + shipping time.

Lost Packages

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers take full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact UPS or USPS to locate your package or to file a lost package report.

Incorrect Address

we are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.

You can still make an address change if the order has not been shipped. If the order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to pay shipping fees for the order to be reshipped to the correct address.
